If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you have 7 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund.
Please see the below criteria;
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for inspection. (See our return shipping policy below)
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Upon inspection of the product we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (initial shipping cost is non-refundable) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
We will be happy to provide you with a refund or a replacement if your situation satisfies the below conditions;
- The item did not arrive during the guaranteed time specified in our shipping policy. (4 weeks + our 5 days processing time).
- You have received the wrong item.
- The product you received is broken or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number) emailed to email@example.com. If it is a damaged item, please email your receipt with pictures of the broken item. Please note that all requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
We do not issue the refund if:
- The order does not arrive due to the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- The order does not arrive due to special circumstances outside our control (e.g. custom clearance delays or delays due to a natural disaster).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. In some cases, it may take more than 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address advised by the customer service representative.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the initial purchase shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (Initial purchase shipping costs are non-refundable).
