ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed in 24 hours, however during peak times this might take between 2-5 business days. All orders will be shipped out from our local and overseas warehouses.

Aeora cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with insufficient or undeliverable addresses. Therefore, please ensure the address entered is accurate and complete.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Please be mindful that your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery times stated above.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

During peak times, in the event that an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, an email will be sent to you indicating the selected item is out of stock. We will ship the rest of your order and refund the cost of the item that did not ship.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your package is shipped out, to notify you on the estimated time of arrival. At Aeora, we strive to provide you the best online customer experience at all times, if you do not receive an email from us, please let us know and our team will assist you.

 

CUSTOMS AND FEES

Please note that Aeora is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. Some of our products comes from overseas warehouses and by purchasing our products from our website, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may be subjected to customs fees when they arrive to the United states or to your respective country. These additional fees are not included in the shipping total and are determined by your local customs office. Further, note that the amount of applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the size of your order and will be set by your local government. Therefore, Aeora holds no responsibility for these additional fees incurred.
